What nipple size is the Egg Pump suitable for?
The Egg Pump is a one-size-fits-all design, suitable for anyone with a nipple size under 28mm. No funnel insert is needed.
How do I wash the Egg Pump after use?
The Egg Pump consists of 3 parts to clean; the Suction Control Hub, Connector and Collector. We recommend thoroughly washing each part with hot water after emptying all collected milk. Hot water should not be more than 70°C.
How can I sterilize the Egg Pump?
We strongly recommend sterilising the Egg Pump using a UV Steriliser and strongly advise against using Steam Sterilisers; excessive heat can deform the silicone and potentially render the Egg Pump unusable.
What is your warranty period?
The Egg Pump comes with a 14-day warranty period. This warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
What is your warranty policy?
All defective or faulty products are eligible for a 1:1 replacement at no additional charge. Please note the warranty period does not cover;
1. Damage due to accidents, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions
2. Normal wear and tear
3. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications5. Issues from using incompatible accessories not distributed by Supermama Lab Sdn. Bhd.

How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.
